Embracing my Humanity

I laugh a lot,
but cry when I need to.

I do the best I can..
Sometimes I don’t even
know what that is.

I am scared of many things,
but try to do them anyway.

When I doubt myself
and think…
“what if it’s not enough”.

My heart will whisper…
“it already is”.

So I go with my heart.
I listen….
….and follow its guidance.

It’s the light
that is my home.
It’s the love
that never fade.

I might fall
but I will
try once more.

Don’t expect
too much from me.
